Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our principal. The ideal candidate will excel in managing daily tasks, handling confidential matters with discretion, and maintaining efficient organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including routine cleaning of living spaces, kitchen, and bathroom.
- Manage laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and arranging clothes and linens.
- Coordinate dry cleaning and clothing care as needed.
-Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Organize and maintain personal spaces, closets, and storage areas.
- Assist with grocery shopping, restocking household supplies, and managing household inventory.
- Assist with meal preparation and meal planning tasks.
- Handle errands such as shopping, returning items, and picking up deliveries.
- Provide support with administrative tasks, including scheduling and bill management, invoicing, research etc.
- might require traveling up to 20 percent to other states as required or requested.
**Schedule:**
- 10-15 hours per week or more
- Flexible schedule preferred, with specific hours arranged based on the principal's needs
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience as a personal assistant or in housekeeping or related household support roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and completing tasks.
- Reliability and discretion, especially when handling personal or sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
**Compensation:**
- $23- $28 per hour, depending on experience.
