El personal de limpieza será responsable de mantener una instalación limpia y organizada. Esta función es esencial para garantizar un entorno seguro y agradable para todos los empleados y visitantes. Las responsabilidades clave incluyen barrer, trapear pisos, retirar escombros, recoger derrames, eliminar adecuadamente los desechos y mantener ordenadas las áreas de almacenamiento mientras se enfoca en la seguridad al prevenir riesgos de tropiezos y posibles accidentes debido al desorden.

Responsabilidades clave:

Mantener limpia la sala de descanso de los empleados diariamente, incluidas las ventanas, pisos, mesas y lavadores.

Limpiar el interior y detrás del microondas para garantizar la limpieza.

Esterilizar las cafeteras con regularidad.

Realizar limpieza semanal de los refrigeradores tanto en las salas de descanso como en las oficinas ejecutivas.

Realizar diariamente. Quitar el polvo, pasar la aspiradora o barrer y trapear en las oficinas de BIC Management.

Mantener todas las entradas principales aspiradas y asegúrese de que las ventanas y puertas estén limpias.

Barrer debajo de los casilleros de los empleados y limpiar rápidamente cualquier derrame.

Aspire la sala de conferencias de visitantes después de cada visita y quite el polvo de las mesas.

Calificaciones:

Se requiere experiencia previa en limpieza o servicios de custodia.

Gran atención a los detalles y compromiso para mantener la limpieza y la seguridad.

Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y eficiente.

Buenas habilidades de comunicación.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles según sea necesario.

Tarifa de pago: $16.75/hora

Horario: Lunes a Viernes, 10:00 am a 06:00 pm
