WBOC TV is looking to hire a full-time photojournalist/video editor. This person would be assigned to work daily at our station in Salisbury, Maryland. We need a person who can work independently or with a reporter.
The ideal candidate will shoot and edit videos for numerous news broadcasts. Prior video or photography experience is ideal, including familiarity with Adobe video editing software.
This person will be trained to operate our newsgathering satellite/microwave van and shoot video from our helicopter, Chopper 16. The opportunity to become FAA certified to fly newsgathering drones will also be provided.
Must have a clean driving record.
