Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Occupational Medicine Emergency Medicine Family Medicine Internal Medicine or related specialties.
Active unrestricted medical license and DEA license.
DOT FMCSA certification
Experience:
At least two years of clinical and supervisory experience preferred.
