**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher to join our team. As an ECE Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and enriching learning environment for young children to learn and grow. Duties

**Duties:**
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Implementing developmentally age-appropriate lesson plans
• Providing care and support for toddlers
• Managing classroom behavior effectively
• Developing engaging curriculum activities
• Educating children on early childhood development principles
• Ensuring a healthy classroom environment to maintain appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Promoting healthy family relationships that encourage family involvement
• Maintaining accurate records, forms, and files
• Adhere to all DHS state regulations and requirements
• Maintain a professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
• Perform other job-related duties as deemed necessary by the facility director

Requirements

**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Uphold a healthy, personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• 2+ years of teaching experience in preschool or daycare settings
• Strong background in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques
• Ability to educate and engage young learners effectively
• First Aid/CPR training certification - required

Nice To Haves

• A degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA, or related field is preferred
• TECTA (Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance) Certification preferred
• Understanding of childhood development principles
