The Wine Foundry is a custom winemaking facility located in southern Napa’s Crusher District. We currently are seeking an entrepreneurial wine enthusiast to assist our Production Winemaker and Production Management team in many aspects of winery administration, truck hauling, cellar work and logistics.

This position is responsible for the integrity and management of the production data entry of all wine work and its related components into the Wine Production data base. This position ensures that all recorded inventory is accurate and up to date in order to provide correct reports to the TTB, Management, Custom Crush Clients as well as overall fluidity of daily wine work.
The successful candidate must have exceptional organizational and customer service skills and enjoy working with the public. The ability to intelligently follow detailed instructions, ask questions and work quickly. Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift 50 lbs. Must be 21 yrs. or older.

Responsibilities:

•  Inputting daily work orders into Production Software Database
•  Review and correct errors on work orders and database
•  Enter billing costs associated with wine work
•  Generate inventory, government and billing reports as requested
•  File work orders
•  Reconcile data base inventory to match physical inventory
•  Conduct physical inventories as necessary to maintain inventory integrity
•  Drive Box truck for grape and case good pick ups / deliveries
•  Assist Wine Production Management team with various needs

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
•  Knowledge of Winemaking Process Flow
•  Strong attention to detail
•  Strong organizational skills
•  Ability to multi task in a fast paced work environment
•  Maintain a positive and professional attitude
•  Computer literate / proficient in excel and cloud based systems
•  Wine cellar experience preferred but not necessary .
