Now Hiring: 1st and 2nd Shift Production Associates

Pay: $20 per hour on 1st shift

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• Workdays: Monday - Thursday
• Location: Greenville, WI

What You’ll Do

• Operate Machinery: Set up, run, and adjust production equipment.
• Ensure Quality: Perform regular checks to maintain high product standards.
• Handle Materials: Load and unload materials, move products, and operate forklifts (as needed).
• Maintain Safety: Follow company safety policies and report any hazards.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve minor equipment problems.
• Keep Records: Document production output, quality checks, and maintenance needs.
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with coworkers to keep production running smoothly.
• Keep Areas Clean: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
• Support Improvement: Share ideas to enhance efficiency and product quality.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Mechanical skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active role.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
