Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote

CyberData Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead the successful execution of various government contracting projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex government-focused projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will be instrumental in ensuring all projects comply with federal requirements, meet contractual obligations, and contribute to the organization's strategic success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple government contracting projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with project goals and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable solutions when needed.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment, ensuring all project needs are met efficiently.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Facilitate project meetings, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and ensure all deliverables are tracked and completed.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to applicable government policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project staff, promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Support contract management and maintain relationships with government clients, ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Evaluate and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing government contracting projects.
  • Strong knowledge of government regulations, contract compliance, and federal procurement processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion, with demonstrated success in meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
