Project Manager - Commercial Roofing

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in commercial roofing to oversee and coordinate roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also managing client relationships and subcontractor performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize roofing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and compliance with safety standards
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to stakeholders
• Utilize roofing industry knowledge to advise on material selection and installation techniques
• Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary permits and inspections are obtained
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the commercial roofing industry
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems including TPO, PVC, Shingle, and EPDM
• Proficiency in project management software, Bluebeam is a PLUS 
• Prior GC project management experience is a PLUS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
