Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare and an active PMP certification to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget. This is a remote position based in the USA , offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative initiatives that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple end-to-end healthcare projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams to gather requirements, define scope, and develop detailed project plans.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs; ensure timely communication of status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensure stakeholder alignment, and drive decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and other healthcare regulations and standards.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) for documentation and reporting.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize processes for greater efficiency and quality delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Active PMP certification required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare industry (provider, payer, or health IT).
• Strong understanding of EHR systems , healthcare data workflows, or population health initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing remote and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies preferred.
