QA Analyst

Type: Full Time
Location: In office, on site
Salary: $75,987 to $82,412 Annually

Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Sustainable Home Lending Department by ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, testing software functionality, and addressing member complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

Test business requirements and document software defects and successes.
Ensure compliance with SHL policies, procedures, and regulations.
Support audits, regulatory reporting, and dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align processes with strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in functional software testing and compliance in lending operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience with Salesforce.
Certifications: NCCO or Salesforce Business Analyst.
