Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Test Lead to work for a utilities organization in Columbus Ohio. The ideal candidate will be strong in Manual Testing and be responsible for the overall testing procedures and lifecycle for a Workday Integration. This person will lead the testing organization, review test plans, and drive delivery. They will be working with cross-functional teams to help streamline the process. IG is looking for an app test lead to help functionally manage a team of testers and will be on oversight of a Workday integration project Client has implemented Workday (specifically Time and Attendance) and is integrating with other software like peoplesoft, HCM, salesforce, etc. Acting mainly within functional team leadership, some hands on testing, and tons of project management Communication, documentation, and delivery focused role, making requirements matrices Creation of test plans, utilizing Jira for project tracking, gathering requirements from business analyst, identifying test resources, scheduling, providing status updates on testing efforts, providing executive updates, managing team of testers Truly will be the project manager of the testing function of this Workday integration project We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
