Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Dispositions Manager to join our team at Plot Property Group. The ideal candidate will take charge of managing the sale and assignment of properties, building and maintaining relationships with buyers, and expanding our buyers' network. This role is pivotal in ensuring our properties are sold quickly and at the best possible price. Responsibilities: • Build and Expand Buyers List: Proactively research, network, and connect with potential buyers to grow and maintain an active, high-quality buyers list. • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with buyers, fostering trust and ensuring repeat business. • Property Marketing: Showcase properties to potential buyers, both virtually and in person, highlighting the features and benefits to secure assignments or sales. • Negotiation: Effectively negotiate terms with buyers to maximize profitability and close deals efficiently. • Market Insight: Stay updated on real estate market trends and buyers’ preferences to strategically position properties. • Collaboration: Work closely with acquisitions and project teams to align on property timelines, pricing, and market strategy. Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, or dispositions (preferred but not required). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong networking ability and a proactive approach to relationship building. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets. • Knowledge of the Las Vegas real estate market is a plus.
