Job Description

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Recruiting staff to work events at the KFC Yum! Center, Lynn Family Stadium, and Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center
  • Ensure that all employee files are compliant with state and federal laws and Andy Frain Services internal policies and processes
  • Assist the Managers in completing or delegating other administrative projects which may include setting up/hosting job fairs, recruiting support, etc.

Processes Include:

  • Working with corporate recruiter to manage recruiting budget and online presence
  • Downloading spreadsheets from multiple job sources and consolidating list to master applicant sheet
  • Sending out communications to applicants requesting an interview
  • Conducting phone interviews when necessary
  • Assisting in the interview process and organizing support team for large events
  • Maintaining employment documents for new hires and modifying as needed
  • Submitting background checks

  • Master the AFS online application and hiring system

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
