Job Title: Recruiter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiter to support our client’s high-volume talent acquisition efforts. This hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote), contract-to-hire opportunity can be performed remotely on a temporary basis, but candidates must be open to a hybrid model at one of the client’s U.S. office locations if extended permanently. The Recruiter will play a critical role in executing timely hiring strategies—particularly around entry-level and graduate hiring—and will be expected to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Compensation:

• Compensation is based on experience and candidate requirements.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job posting through offer acceptance
• Coordinate hiring for early-career talent, including summer program hires and recent graduates
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and ensure hiring timelines are met
• Use applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and track progress
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
• Assist with onboarding and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Adapt quickly to new processes and recruitment tools

Qualifications and Skills for the Recruiter:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, professional setting
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with competing priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using ATS platforms; Workday experience is a plus
• Quick learner with a self-starter mindset
• Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and team-oriented
