Job Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to do high-volume call center recruiting for our Customer Experience Center in Rochester, New York. You need to be highly engaged, organized, and have a passion for collaborating with hiring managers and delivering an outstanding experience to candidates. You will deliver a continual pipeline of diverse and quality candidates through various sourcing strategies and partnering with site leaders to ensure classes are filled on time to meet strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle selection process that includes sourcing, screening, account management and partnership with the business.
  • Advise Hiring Managers on all aspects of the selection process, understanding their business needs and implementing solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Align with company policies and procedures, OFCCP compliance guidelines, researching and implementing standard processes.
  • Design, develop, and implement local sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates that reflect the local community demographics and build a long term community of prospective candidates.
  • Maintain adherence to our internal recruiting processes and policies.
  • May be responsible for other duties and/or projects as business needs or priorities fluctuate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3-5+ years of corporate full-cycle recruitment experience (high volume highly preferred).
  • Proven skills in client relationship building, critical thinking, and verbal/written communications.
  • Ability to present, train, influence, and negotiate.
  • Must have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Outstanding service mentality; high-level of personal integrity.
  • Ability to work independently, but also be a strong effective teammate.
  • Results oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $60,600 - $109,300

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
