Nesco Data Center & Infrastructure is seeking a Recycling Support Technician in the greater Columbus OH area.

Position: Recycling Coordinator with Logistics Support

The Recycling Coordinator with Logistics Support is responsible for handling recycling requests and supporting logistics operations. This includes managing Recycle Request Tickets (RRT) through the Intelligent Technology Management System (ITMS) from start to finish and assisting with shipping and inventory tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor recycling requests (RRTs) in ITMS, ensuring proper updates and documentation throughout the process.
• Respond to client emails about recycling requests, providing updates and resolving issues as needed.
• Notify Project Managers and Audit teams once payments are received.
• Oversee recycling inventory from the time it's received until it's shipped to the recycler.
• Handle incoming shipments, including receiving packages and processing pallet shipments.
• Match incoming devices with open orders and verify that all accessories are included.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of return orders and outgoing shipments to meet service agreements.
• Keep accurate records of shipments and order processing.
• Assist with device provisioning and final order reviews.
• Support Helpdesk, Logistics, and Project Management teams with operational needs.
• Complete clearance forms and other related paperwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six (6) months of experience in logistics or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
