About the Role:

As our Regional Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our nursing homes in a specific geographic area. You will provide strategic direction, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and foster a culture of quality care and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong, effective leadership for assigned nursing homes

  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including resident care, staff management, and financial performance

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure quality care and resident satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Manage budgets and financial resources effectively

  • Recruit, hire, and develop a talented and dedicated team

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners

Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Long-Term Care Administration, or a related field (preferred)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role (NHA) within the skilled nursing industry

  • At least one year of experience managing multiple facilities or a region

  • Proven track record of success in improving quality care and resident outcomes

  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with all levels of staff

  • Current license as a Nursing Home Administrator in Alabama
