Job Description



The Regional PRO Sales Representative is responsible for executing sales strategies to drive growth in the PRO channel within their assigned region. Reporting to the National PRO Sales Manager, the role involves collaborating with regional Home Depot teams, building strong relationships with key PRO customers, and providing insights that help grow MasterBrand Cabinets' market share. The position reports to National Pro Manager, managing a regional PRO assigned region.

This position is key to implementing field-level initiatives, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the execution of national strategies at a regional level.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute regional sales strategies aligned with the national PRO strategy and growth KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional Home Depot PRO teams and key customers in the professional (PRO) sector.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of PRO customers, focusing on both retention and new business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regional insights and feedback to the National PRO Sales Manager to inform broader strategies and ensure regional needs are met.
  • Support Home Depot’s objectives by aligning sales activities with their strategic goals.
  • Deliver regular reports and updates on regional sales performance, customer needs, and competitive market trends.
  • Conduct on-site visits with customers and attend regional Home Depot PRO events.
  • Assist in the development and execution of promotional programs and track performance within the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, category management, etc.) to leverage internal resources and tools to support sales efforts.
  • Travel within the region, as needed, to meet customers and support business goals (approximately 75% travel).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is recommended.
  • Background or experience with lean tools is recommended.
  • Background or experience in kitchen cabinet installation and design
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to QLICKSENSE.
  • 5 years of relevant outside sales and/or PRO sales experience.
