Job Overview:

We are seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and customer support from the comfort of your home. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while managing daily tasks such as scheduling, data entry, email management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to emails, messages, and chat inquiries .
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements .
• Perform data entry, record-keeping, and document organization .
• Assist with social media management and content posting (if applicable).
• Handle customer service inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and CRM systems .

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Support Representative is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
• Strong organizational and time-management skills .
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software .
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and data entry is a plus.
