Research Assistant- Full Time- ICON- San Antonio TX

We are currently seeking a Research Assistant (Full Time) to join our diverse and dynamic team. The Research Assistant is integral in the execution of all aspects of the clinical trial, will have direct patient contact and is responsible for ensuring that all clinical trial activities are performed as outlined by the clinical trial protocol. As a Research Assistant, you will also be responsible for performing the task(s) as per clinical trial protocol, ICON Early Phase Services SOPs, FDA, ICH GCP, and utilizing proper source documentation techniques; and participate in clinical trial meetings and training as warranted by the study protocols.

Your Profile:

• High School Diploma or equivalency with medical assistant training/certification or other allied health certification

• Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician, Paramedic, EMT, OR LVN preferably with two years of experience

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in data collection and documentation.

• Proficiency with research software and tools for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with researchers and other stakeholders.
