Formatic Property Management, Inc. is a growing company managing single-family homes and small multifamily properties. Established in 2015, we are present in Southern California, Pennsylvania, Hawaii, Colorado, and Mexico, with plans to continue expanding across the USA and internationally.

What You Will Do:

• Manage a Portfolio of Single and Small Multi-Family Properties: Oversee and be the primary point of contact for residents and housing partners (clients). You are a relationship, problem-solving, and systems-oriented professional!
• Engage with Clients: Build trust with new clients and maintain strong relationships with housing partners, residents, and vendors.
• Maintenance: Work with our vendors and coordinate maintenance and vacant make-ready needs.
• Sales and Growth: Expand our presence and management portfolio in the region as well as assist current clients with real estate sales and investment acquisitions.
• Utilize Our Support Team: Coordinate activities with the CEO and Executive Team, work with the Leasing and Accounting Departments, and use our software for communication and record-keeping.
• Travel: Visit properties regularly to perform inspections and market homes.

Who We're Looking For:

• Licensed Hawaii Real Estate Agent: This is a must-have requirement. Broker license is a plus!
• Experience: 1 year in real estate and property management preferred, 3 years in customer service required. We are willing to train the right already licensed agent coming from a non real estate field (ie, no professional real estate experience).
• Skills : Self-motivated, organized, great with people, able to handle complex situations with tact and professionalism.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using and learning our “work from anywhere” tools: AppFolio, Slack, ClickUp, and other web-based tools.
• Local or Willing to Relocate: within the southern side of O’ahu between Kapoloei and Aiea.
• Reliable Transportation and Equipment: Must have a reliable car, laptop, and smartphone.

Hours:

• Business hours are typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM HST, however it can vary based on portfolio needs.
• This is a hybrid position, which means that you are expected to be at the Oahu office at least twice a week, however the other days can be at home and visiting properties.
• This is a full-time position

Compensation:

• Commission based on gross management fees collected. Rare opportunity to step into an established portfolio with base commission depending on experience. Starting income will be $6,500 - $8,200 depending on experience.
• As your portfolio grows, we expect growth to your base commission of $150 - $300 every month. Your income is expected to grow to $10,000 - $12,500 per month over the next three years.

Qualifications:

• Valid Real Estate License ( required, bonus starting base with a Broker’s license )
• Computer with 8GB of RAM ( required )
• Up-to-date Microsoft Windows or Apple macOS ( required )
• Dual monitors (preferred)
• Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download speed ( minimum )
• Driver's License ( required )
• Criminal background check ( required before final offer )
