Restaurant Culinary Leader job at Worlds of Fun Kansas City, MO, US

Job Description

Overview: $17.50 per hour. Restraurant Culinary Leader is responsbile for the culinary operation of their assigned work location. Ensuring food is prepared and served properly and that the dining experience is World Class! This may include:

Works along side Divisional Chef to create menu items.
Prepare and cook different menu items.
Notifies kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders.
Cooks and prepares food items. Ensures product temperature controls are met and maintained for quality and safety.
Serves food in correct portions to ensure proper food cost procedures are followed.
Notifies Team Leader of any malfunctions, safety concerns or needs. Ensures all safety equipment is being used properly.
Follows Board of Health regulations.
Other duties may be assigned.
