Job Description

Job Summary:
The Retail Store Stocker will oversee the organization’s daily replenishment of product and processing of
incoming product and freight. Below are the fundamental areas that the Retail Store Stocker must perform
on a daily basis to ensure positive retail operations.

● Replenishes all product from previous days sales based of restocking SOP
● Receives and processes all incoming freight
● Process new product by scanning into system, ensuring tagged and priced correctly
● Oversees/conducts all back-end inventory control processes
● Work with Retail Director, Operations Director, and General Manager on any inventory issues or feedback
● Maintains organization of stock room and off-site storage area:
○ Labeled and Organized by Department, Category, Brand
○ Fixtures Labeled and Organized
● Assist and help guests to achieve sales goals and targets
● Effectively process transactions through Retail POS system
● Performs other related duties as directed by management

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
● Must have solid communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to guests and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
● Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
● Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
● Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least 8 consecutive hours and
occasional
● stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds at a time
● Must be willing to work peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Proficient skills in Microsoft Office

Hourly Rate: $15
