About You

You are a STEM graduate eager to launch your career in the dynamic field of revenue systems. Your familiarity with tools like Jira or CustomLinc would be advantageous, although those tools are not essential for success.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to convey ideas clearly and effectively. Your ability to quickly learn new systems and processes demonstrates your adaptability and eagerness to embrace change, which is vital in a fast-paced environment. You will have meticulous attention to detail which allows you to identify and resolve issues effectively, showcasing your strong problem-solving abilities. You excel at multitasking, comfortably switching between tasks as new information arises, ensuring that priorities are managed efficiently.

About The Role

As a Revenue Systems Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for our booking systems, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. Your troubleshooting expertise will help resolve user issues swiftly, while your collaborative spirit will contribute to the development and communication of new processes within the team. You’ll maintain key configurations of our booking systems and support applications, making a real impact on our operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities will include :

System administration:

·         Implementing or modifying configurations within the booking systems to support new products or processes

·         Updating the system as additional products, travel years or developments are created

Troubleshooting and Escalations:

·         Manage workloads through a ticketing system and maintaining SLAs

·         Support internal teams in resolving issues relating to booking systems and supporting infrastructure

·         Gather additional information and provide it concisely to internal or external parties when escalation is required

Developments and Process Change

·         Work with stakeholders to identify concerns and relay them effectively

·         Provide business context and system knowledge to business analysts and developers

·         Documents new and existing processes
