About i9 Sports: i9 Sports is a leading youth sports organization, offering fun and safe sports leagues for kids ages 3-12. We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to help increase our visibility in the local community by distributing road signs and flyers for our programs.

Job Overview: As a Road Sign & Flyer Distribution Associate, you will be responsible for placing road signs and distributing flyers to local businesses and high-traffic areas within Lake Stevens, Marysville, and Everett. You’ll track the placement locations and build relationships with businesses to ensure effective promotion of i9 Sports programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute and strategically place road signs in high-traffic locations around Lake Stevens, Marysville, and Everett.
  • Drop off flyers at local businesses and community centers to promote i9 Sports.
  • Maintain a record of placement locations and monitor the condition of signs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local business owners and managers for ongoing support.
  • Follow all local laws and regulations regarding the placement of road signs. Signs must not be placed on highways, roundabouts, or any other areas where they are prohibited.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of marketing and promotions.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the designated areas (Lake Stevens, Marysville, and Everett).
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with business owners and community members.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Strong organizational skills to track placements and manage weekly distribution.
  • Previous experience in outdoor signage, marketing, or customer relations is a plus.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time (5 hours per week)
  • Flexible hours, making this a great opportunity for a second job or additional income.
