Position Overview
The Roofing Project Manager will oversee roofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality compliance, timely execution, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize roofing projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing industry.
• Strong understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
