This role will drive sales growth in the Alcoholic Beverages (Spirits) sector, focusing on the Eastern United States—a region with significant untapped potential for the company's product portfolio. This role emphasizes strategic business development through direct sales, distributor management, and engagement with other channel partners. The position requires a dynamic professional adept at cultivating new business opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships.
Position: Sales Executive
Compensation: $100K-$150K plus Bonus and Car allowance

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Expand market share in the Alcoholic Beverages sector through targeted sales strategies and client acquisition efforts.
Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities with direct and indirect sales approaches tailored to customer size and potential.
Client Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional customer service in collaboration with a dedicated support team to meet the technical and high-end product requirements of clients.
Channel Partner Management: Strengthen relationships with distributors, end-users, and other channel partners to maximize market penetration.
Market Expertise: Stay informed on trends, competitors, and opportunities within the glass packaging industry, particularly in the Alcoholic Beverages market.
Qualifications:
A university degree in a relevant field.
Proven track record of success in Sales, Business Development, or Product Development within the packaging industry, with a strong focus on new client acquisition.
Experience in the glass packaging industry, preferably with direct competitors, and a solid understanding of market dynamics, including distributors, end-users, and channel partners.
Proficiency with systems such as Salesforce, SAP Hana, and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
A highly motivated "hunter" with a passion for identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Experienced in managing sophisticated sales cycles and delivering high-end, technical solutions.
