As an FAA-approved Part-145 Repair Station, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Lead Manager to drive business growth in aircraft maintenance and repair services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth – Develop and execute sales strategies for heavy inspections and Part-145 Repair Station services.
  • Build Relationships – Foster strong client connections and identify upselling opportunities for long-term maintenance plans.
  • Expand Business – Leverage networking, cold calling, and industry events to generate new leads.
  • Collaborate – Work closely with MRO operations and scheduling teams to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Customize Proposals – Develop tailored proposals, pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Stay Informed – Keep up with FAA regulations, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Report & Forecast – Provide regular sales updates and performance insights.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven sales success in private aviation, focusing on heavy inspections and repair services.
  • Experience managing major maintenance events at a Part-145 Repair Station.
  • Strong knowledge of business jet platforms, including:
    • ERJ 135/145
    • CRJ 100/200/700
    • Gulfstream series
    • Citation (all airframes)
    • Challenger 300 & 600 series
    • Global series
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel domestically (25%).
