Salesforce Tester
Overland Park, KS(Onsite from day 1 no option for remote and hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for new features, functionalities, and upgrades within Salesforce.
• Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation to ensure comprehensive coverage of all aspects of the platform.
• Conduct various testing methods, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, bugs, and issues within the Salesforce environment.
• Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve issues, improve testing processes, and enhance platform performance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce releases, best practices, and testing methodologies.
• Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Tester or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant modules.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools like Selenium, Test Automation, and Jira.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
