Job Description

Salesforce Tester
Overland Park, KS(Onsite from day 1 no option for remote and hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for new features, functionalities, and upgrades within Salesforce.
Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation to ensure comprehensive coverage of all aspects of the platform.
Conduct various testing methods, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects, bugs, and issues within the Salesforce environment.
Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve issues, improve testing processes, and enhance platform performance.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce releases, best practices, and testing methodologies.
Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Tester or similar role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant modules.
Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools like Selenium, Test Automation, and Jira.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
