Job Title: SAP Project Manager (S/4HANA & Ariba) 12+ Years

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba to lead and manage SAP implementation projects within the Utilities domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering SAP projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution. Experience with SAP Activate methodology is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA and Ariba implementation, migration, or upgrade projects within the Utilities industry.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in the Utilities sector.
• Drive the adoption of SAP Activate methodology for project execution (if applicable).
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project teams.
• Communicate project status, key milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of SAP project management experience, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba.
• Strong experience in the Utilities industry, understanding industry-specific challenges and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end SAP implementations (blueprint, design, build, test, deploy, and support).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and other enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology for project execution.
• SAP certification in Project Management or relevant SAP modules.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, or other cloud-based SAP solutions.

Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
