Beautiful Blooms Landscape is looking for motivated and reliable Seasonal Fall Landscape Laborers to join our team for the autumn season. As a company dedicated to providing high-quality landscape maintenance for residential clients, we focus on essential fall services such as leaf clearing, perennial cutback, and bulb planting. Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team to complete fall landscape maintenance tasks, including leaf collection, perennial cutback, and bulb planting.
• Operate equipment such as backpack blowers, leaf vacuums, and other collection systems safely and efficiently.
• Attend bi-weekly company meetings focused on safety and ongoing training.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all company safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekday shifts starting at 7:00 am, with some Saturday shifts as needed.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork skills, positive attitude, and a dependable work ethic.

Compensation

Earn a premium wage for seasonal work, with the opportunity to save for holiday expenses or a winter vacation. High-performing team members may be considered for full-time, year-round positions. Note: Season ends approximately mid December.
