We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor of Field Operations to organize and oversee the security operations at our facilities. As a Security Supervisor the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills, display a strong commitment to security rules, and possess strong knowledge of risks and threats to safety and security. The ideal candidate should also exhibit strong leadership and communication skills. Our main goal is to establish and preserve an environment in which staff and visitors are safe and well-protected.

Duties & Responsibilities

• 2 year contract is a requirement.
• Site checks 
• Train new security hires
• Cover shifts in your region
• Implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
• Attend meetings with managers to determine operational needs
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific school events during, and after, school hours
• Coordinate with staff when responding to emergencies, drills, and alarms
• Investigate and resolve operational matters
• Assemble and drafts reports for management

Skills & Background

• Proven experience as a security supervisor or a similar position in security guard, professional security
• Experience in emergency response 
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Committed; strong work ethic
• Flexibility of hours and location
• Desire for growth (our security supervisors will be enrolled in our leadership academy for career advancement)

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum 2 years experience as a lead security guard or supervisor of security
• Military or Law Enforcement background a plus

Pay: Armed $62,500 per year, Unarmed $52,500 per year
