*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID ( 3d office / 2d home ) work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH ( Strongsville ), Birmingham AL, Dallas TX ( Farmers Branch ), Phoenix AZ

Senior Business Systems Analyst :



- Work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams

- Document requirements clearly based on stakeholder discussions

- Plan, organize, and track work using JIRA (Issue and Project Tracking Software)

- Lead and manage jr BSAs



Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- At least 8 years of full time experience - NOT interested any any recent college graduates 

- Experience working as a senior business analyst on multiple assignments

- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to document requirements

- Management experience including team leadership
- Knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodology

- Proficiency with visualization tools such as Visio, Balsamiq or equivalent software for creating flow diagrams

- Ability to understand SQL queries and Python programming code
