*Senior Corporate Travel Advisor - Remote**

As a key member of our West Region Operations Team, the Senior Corporate Travel Advisor will be responsible for the successful completion of comprehensive, accurate, and cost-effective travel arrangements for our clients within company policies. This role utilizes corporate contracts and preferred suppliers in an efficient and professional manner.
This is a fully remote position.
**Expedition Expectations**
- Completes domestic and international travel arrangements for clients, which may include air, hotel, ground transportation, and rail.
- May support a single or multiple accounts in various locations.
- Operates within detailed procedures.
- Interacts with travelers or travel arrangers and provides the first level of support for customer service and technical issues.
- Ensures compliance with client travel policies.
- Adheres to company standards in delivering customer service, including telephone and email etiquette, and follows prescribed customer service escalation procedures.
- Follows company standards regarding procedures, utilization of tools, productivity, accuracy of work, and attendance.
- Attends staff and training meetings for ongoing updates in the travel industry and office procedures, which may require you to work in the office if home-based.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative working environment.

**Passport to Success**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Active listener.

- Works well under pressure and has the ability to deal with change and adversity.
**Going the Extra Mile**
- High proficiency using Airline GDS, particularly Sabre.
- Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of airline ticketing rules and regulations.
- Thorough working knowledge of exchanging and reissuing tickets.
- Must be able to thoroughly read, understand, and follow client travel policies and guidelines.
- Ability to meet and exceed required performance standards.
- Accurate and detail-oriented.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
