**Senior Corporate Travel Advisor - Remote Position**

As an essential member of the Operations Team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting comprehensive, accurate, and cost-effective travel arrangements for our clients. You will utilize corporate contracts and preferred suppliers while ensuring compliance with company policies—all executed efficiently and professionally.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Arrange domestic and international travel for clients, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and rail services.
- Support single or multiple accounts from various locations, adhering to detailed procedures.
- Act as the first point of contact for travelers or travel arrangers, providing top-notch customer service and addressing technical issues.
- Ensure travelers comply with client travel policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to company standards for communication via phone and email, following the proper escalation procedures for client inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures regarding tools, productivity, work accuracy, and attendance.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings to stay updated on industry trends and office protocols, with expectations to occasionally work in the office if home-based.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues to promote a cooperative work environment.
**Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in arranging domestic and international travel.
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor, rather than merely processing orders.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Flexibility regarding workdays and hours.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Capacity to perform well under pressure and adapt to change.
**What You'll Need to Succeed:**
- High proficiency in using the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS).
- In-depth knowledge of airline ticketing rules and regulations, including ticket exchanges and reissues.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and apply client travel policies and guidelines thoroughly.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding performance standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel.
