Monte Carlo is on the lookout for a Sr. Data Scientist who’s ready to take the lead in building our next-generation Machine Learning capabilities. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work on challenging and exciting projects that directly shape the future of data reliability. You'll get to collaborate with a tight-knit team of expert data scientists and engineers in a dynamic startup environment, where your ideas can turn into reality—fast.
What You'll Be Doing:
Building production-grade ML algorithms that make a real difference to our users
Leading ML projects from initial concept to full deployment
Tackling complex anomaly detection and prediction problems with creativity and precision
Why We’re Excited About You:
You’ve got 5+ years of experience delivering ML algorithms to production—no challenge is too big for you!
Python and SQL are like second nature to you.
You have a sense of urgency and an ownership mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments.
Expertise in time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and unsupervised methods makes you stand out.
Experience in data product-focused companies is a huge plus.
You’re no stranger to the excitement (and sometimes chaos!) of working in an early-stage startup .
