About the Team
Our finance team partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional groups to deliver actionable insights and support enterprise-wide planning and forecasting. We are dedicated to driving operational excellence, fiscal discipline, and strategic resource allocation. As a key member of the team, you will help ensure our financial plans align with corporate strategy and support Walmart's commitment to innovation and growth.
**What you'll do...**
+ Lead the development and refinement of long-range financial plans (LRP), ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business unit goals.
+ Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business scenarios, risks, and opportunities.
+ Translate complex financial data into clear, concise narratives and presentations for executive audiences.
+ Partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights for investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Merchandising, and Operations to support enterprise-wide planning and forecasting.
+ Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes, tools, and reporting.
**What You'll Bring**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
+ 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategy roles.
+ Demonstrated expertise in long-range planning, financial modeling, and decision support.
+ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
+ Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
+ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion); familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

**Minimum Qualifications...**

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year's supervisory experience.
