Senior Marketing Manager (Remote)

About Us

We are a home goods brand on a mission to craft beautifully designed, non-toxic products that elevate everyday living. Our commitment to quality, sustainability, and ethical manufacturing ensures that our products are safe for you, your family, and the planet. We take a holistic approach to product development—partnering with responsible manufacturers, reducing our carbon footprint, and using eco-friendly packaging made from recycled materials.

Since our launch, we've grown into one of the fastest-growing digitally native brands, with products now available at top retailers like Target, Bloomingdale's, Crate & Barrel, and more. Our brand has received thousands of five-star reviews and been featured in publications such as Vogue, Good Housekeeping, Architectural Digest, Food & Wine, and CNN.

We are a fully remote company filled with passionate, driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you're excited to join a brand that people love and are looking for a dynamic role where you can make an impact, read on!

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and new product launches. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally to develop high-impact marketing programs that drive growth, increase brand awareness, and create meaningful customer experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will manage multiple marketing campaigns, optimize processes, and ensure that all initiatives align with our brand vision and goals. This is a hands-on role ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketer who excels at project management, collaboration, and execution.

Who You Are

A seasoned marketing professional with experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
A strategic thinker who can oversee GTM strategies while also rolling up your sleeves to execute.
A strong project manager who can juggle multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
A data-driven marketer who analyzes performance metrics and uses insights to optimize campaigns.
A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with diverse teams.
Passionate about home goods, storytelling, and promoting a non-toxic and sustainable lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market Strategy & Product Launches

Oversee the execution of GTM strategies for new products and colorways, ensuring seamless rollout across all channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop launch assets, including product descriptions, SEO content, marketing materials, and creative assets.
Manage timelines and workflows to ensure all GTM milestones are met.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Optimization

Act as a central marketing lead, ensuring alignment across Creative, Growth, Product, and Retail teams.
Partner with leadership and project management teams to streamline marketing processes and improve execution efficiency.
Maintain campaign calendars and roadmaps, proactively managing dependencies and optimizing workflows.

Campaign Execution & Performance Analysis

Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across owned (website, email, social, PR) and retail partner channels.
Work closely with Growth and Analytics teams to track campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
Develop insights-driven recaps to inform future marketing strategies and enhance ROI.

Brand & Messaging Alignment

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and storytelling across all marketing initiatives.
Identify opportunities to refine brand positioning based on market trends and performance data.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or integrated campaign management, preferably in consumer goods, home goods, or lifestyle brands.
Proven ability to develop and execute high-quality marketing campaigns on tight timelines.
Strong project management skills—highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to align and influence stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize marketing performance.
Passion for home, design, and sustainability.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
Fully remote work environment with flexibility.
Health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents.
Equity opportunities for full-time employees.
Unlimited PTO & 11+ paid holidays.
Parental leave (3 months).
Monthly wellness and coworking stipends.
401(k) plan with employer match.
Exclusive discounts on high-quality home and kitchen products.

Why Join Us?
