Willingness to travel and represent the company at international industry events. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with Mandarin Chinese language proficiency as a plus. Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple project priorities and deadlines. Experience in marketing management and collaboration with diverse, culturally varied teams across multiple locations. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment, effectively managing conflicts and navigating ambiguities. Highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office 365, along with strong project management skills. Open to up to 30% of domestic travel Marketing Strategy and Event Management Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create marketing materials and lead activation efforts for all North America events, focusing on achieving volume, revenue, and brand preference goals. Strengthen LONGi Solar's brand and product messaging through active participation in solar conferences, exhibitions, and events. Assist with annual marketing budget development for events, oversee spending allocation, and adjust quarterly to meet evolving market demands. Coordinate all aspects of event management, including pre-event proposal, bidding processes, event execution, and post-event reporting and presentations to the leadership team. Identify and assess local marketing events that align with sales and the company's business plan. Execute all scales of exhibitions and marketing events in the US. Prepare event-related assets, including designs, invitations, graphics, and documentation. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that adhere to brand guidelines. Edit and enhance photos and videos for use in marketing materials. Prepare reviews, reports, and presentations for the Management team.
