Senior Project Manager – Commercial Roofing
Location : Austin, TX
Salary : $120,000 – $150,000 base + bonus + vehicle allowance + benefits

We are a leading commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor with a strong foundation in Texas and a track record of excellence across high-profile projects. With thriving operations in both San Antonio and Austin, we’re looking to add a Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of complex projects, lead with confidence, and contribute to a legacy of craftsmanship and reliability.

What You'll Do:

Manage all phases of commercial roofing projects from pre-construction to closeout
Oversee subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety protocols
Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
Lead project teams to deliver exceptional work on time and within budget
Track project progress, forecast costs, and support ongoing process improvements

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing or general construction
Proven track record of leading large-scale reroof and new construction projects
Strong communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with TPO, Modified Bitumen, and Waterproofing systems preferred
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.)
