Position : SEO Specialist
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Salary Range : 1500 - 2500 USD

About the job:
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven SEO Specialist to enhance the online presence of our four brands. This role will focus on technical SEO, on-page optimizations, content strategy, keyword research, and ongoing performance monitoring across all four of our brands. You will work closely with our SEO Manager to implement data-driven SEO initiatives that drive organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance conversion rates across our brands.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Technical SEO & Site Health Maintenance

• Use existing audits in Ahrefs, Google Search Console insights, and Content King
• audits to identify and prioritize top technical issues to fix.
• Resolve technical SEO issues such as, but not limited to, 404 errors, redirects,
• crawlability, indexation, and metadata.
• Improve site structure, internal linking, core web vitals, and mobile performance.
• Aim for a 100 site health score in Ahrefs by monitoring and fixing critical errors.

2. On-Page SEO Optimization & Keyword Research

• Optimize product pages, category pages, and blogs for targeted high-intent keywords to improve rankings.
• Optimize metadata, alt text, headers, and internal linking for existing pages.
• Perform keyword research requests from other team members.
• Help review SEO on new product additions across all brands.
• Assist in keyword research for new and existing PDPs and category pages.

3. Content Optimization

• Assist in creating new blog posts across all brands utilizing SurferSEO.
• Review and optimize existing content following best SEO practices.
• Utilize SurferSEO and keyword tools to ensure content aligns with search intent and SEO opportunities.

4. Miscellaneous/Other

• Track and analyze SEO performance using GA4, Ahrefs, GSC, and Content King.
• Assist in competitor analysis across all brands.
• Assist in backlink campaigns.
• Utilize Mouseflow to review session recordings, heatmaps, and funnels that help
• improve SEO and conversion rates.
• Help merchandise in Fast Simon during category and brand optimizations.

Qualifications:

• SEO Tools: SurferSEO, Ahrefs, Content King, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4).
• Performance & UX Analysis: Fast Simon, Mouseflow.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimizations.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret SEO data, track performance, and implement improvements.
