Job Title: Server / Bartender (Part-Time)

📍 Labyrinth Press Company – Jamestown, NY
🕓 Fridays & Saturdays (Required) + 1–2 Weekday Shifts
🍽 Vegetarian scratch kitchen | Craft beer & creative cocktails

About the Role:

Labyrinth is hiring a friendly, fast-moving Server/Bartender to join our team. We’re a tight-knit crew serving inventive vegetarian food, craft cocktails, and local beer in a unique, fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position with consistent hours, a creative team, and the potential to grow with us.

Schedule:

• Fridays & Saturdays: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM (required)
• 1–2 additional shifts per week: typically 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Closed Sundays & Mondays

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and guide guests with warmth and confidence
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks while keeping a clean, organized section
• Handle credit card and cash transactions
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to keep service running smoothly
• Stay cool and communicative in a busy, tight-space kitchen/bar

> We have a tight, close-quarters kitchen and a very fast-paced work environment—this role requires clear communication, quick thinking, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in food service, bartending, or both
• Comfortable managing multiple tables or bar guests
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
• Bonus points if you know how to change a keg or aren’t afraid to use a wrench once in a while
