Top 3 things the manager is looking for in a candidate’s experience:
- Digital content production. This means someone who can do work in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, short form video edits, graphics, etc. Portfolio of work is great to see, but not required. Someone who has worked and successfully applied company brand standards in modern, compelling ways.
- Someone familiar with content on LinkedIn – that’s our primary social channel. They need to understand audience targeting and what prompts audience engagement.
- Would love someone who has done employer brand or recruitment marketing work, but not required. Social media measurement/tracking is most desirable.
What are the top 3 Tasks or Responsibilities in scope for this role:
- Content creation for social media. The ideas (editorial calendar) and copy will come from me, but execution (graphics, etc.) will leverage their digital production talent.
- Outreach/liaise with employees that may be the source of our content for images, interview quotes, business details, etc.
- Support training efforts (FAQ docs, best practices) to guide hiring managers and other leaders in TA who are looking to engage with candidates on social media and elevate their personal brand.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Develops outright, or in partnership with others, compelling digital and social media strategies to promote the organization's products and services through digital channels.
Creates social media content and digital assets used for recruitment marketing.
Performs basic video production, media graphics, and copywriting.
Proficient in some combination of Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator), and other content creation tools.
Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engagement (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Knowledgeable of email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Ability to analyze content performance metrics to refine execution.
Establishes, maintains and updates stakeholder centric digital experiences, including the identification, selection and deployment of platforms, tools and applications that deliver on strategic programs and campaigns.
Develops promotional programs and campaigns designed to achieve defined business objectives with target audiences via digital channels such as LinkedIn, X and Facebook.
Utilizes search engines to maximize content utilization and visibility.
Measures performance of digital programs, content and key stakeholder digital engagement results and develops insights into customer's digital behaviors.
Develops and manages employer brand social media campaigns to build candidate engagement.
Establishes and maintains enterprise digital standards, policies and governance.
Manages digital consultants, agencies and vendors.
