Job Description

Are you passionate about creating impactful branding that elevates experiences and engages audiences? Are you not a slave to process because you have the confidence and experience to innovate practical solutions to design challenges? Are you excited by the opportunity to explore innovative design solutions, collaborate with top-tier clients, and see your work come to life in print, digital, and environmental applications? If so, a career as a Senior Graphic Designer with Unbridled could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for!

Candidates must submit a digital portfolio of their work to be considered.

Successful candidates will have the following:

  • Have experience developing logos and visual identity systems that anchor large-scale design projects.
  • Have expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Dimensions, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of Vectorworks, CAD, pixel maps, and other programs and technical drawings/specs necessary to collaborate with fabricators and AV vendors.
  • Possess a strong understanding of materials and the print process for both large and small format items.
  • Experience overseeing the successful installation of large-format print/signage deliverables, such as window clings, vehicle wraps, and column wraps.
  • A strong work ethic, rooted in self-direction and proactivity.
  • Have a critical eye for detail.
  • Extensive client-facing experience. Can present design concepts persuasively and effectively, adapting to feedback with a professional and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Thrive under pressure and remain unfazed by tight deadlines, demonstrating exceptional organization and multitasking skills.
  • Are committed to fostering a positive work environment and contributing to team success; you collaborate without ego and with positivity.

What you would be doing at Unbridled:

  • Develop comprehensive visual identity systems for event branding, working together with other Creatives to set the direction for projects that encompass multiple design-dependent deliverables.
  • Create visual identities from scratch, adapt existing brand systems, or expand partial assets and messaging into robust design solutions.
  • Use design logic to reverse engineer or expand upon preexisting elements to craft cohesive and adaptable branding systems.
  • Collaborate on the development of design systems with a range of applications, including motion graphics, animations, printed collateral, signage, presentation templates, experiential design, stage designs, and decor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Present creative work internally and to clients with confidence and clarity, gathering feedback and refining deliverables to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Cultivate design excellence by exploring and embracing the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in event branding and production.
  • Create physical, digital, or interactive environments that prioritize the user experience and overall event theme.
