What You'll Be Doing:
Design and Build: Plan, design, and implement scalable network solutions to support our evolving business needs.
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Solve Complex Challenges: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
Fortify Our Security: Implement and enforce robust network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Document and Report: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and prepare insightful reports on network performance and project progress.
Lead and Mentor: Mentor junior IT staff and collaborate with IT and business teams to support organizational goals.
Evaluate and Innovate: Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new network-related tools and technologies.
Travel: 20% domestic travel.

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in network administration or a similar role.
CCNA, CCNP certifications or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP).
Proficiency in configuring and managing enterprise-grade routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet).
Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark).
Strong understanding of wireless network design and management.
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Hands-on experience with VPN technologies (Zscaler, Cisco AnyConnect) and remote access solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
