Sr. Project Manager – Commercial Roofing

Spokane, WA

This $20M company seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead commercial projects valued between $300k and $500k, while also mentoring and developing team members.

In this leadership role, you will implement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability, build strong relationships with contractors and team members, and oversee all aspects of project execution in partnership with the leadership team.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Communicate project plans to field staff and coordinate schedules with clients and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all warranties, permits, and contracts are in place before project commencement and/or provision of materials.
  • Review contracts and proposals for accuracy against estimates and assist with resolving inconsistencies. Resolve technical and contractual issues as needed.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and production, maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Support Superintendents with scheduling, delivery of materials, and budget/costs.
  • Manage and track change orders, prepare modifications to estimates, and update cost projections.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from estimator/PM handoff to closeout.
  • Submit monthly billings while overseeing purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices.

Project Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years in construction, with 3-5 years in roofing preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to read project specifications and plans.
  • Project forecasting experience.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
  • Successful completion of drug test and background check.
  • Previous GC project management experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with Acumatica and/or Bluebeam a plus.
