Employment Type – Part-Time (20-25 Hours/Week) *Weekends are required, typically every other Saturday from 8am-2pm
No Nights, No Sundays, No Holidays!
Work Hours (Shift) – Hours will vary – Store hours are Mon-Fri 8a-6p & Sat 8a-2p
Starting Pay – $13.66/hour, plus $1/hour for perfect attendance

Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone while assisting with product orders, checkout, and maintaining a clean, organized store. This role works closely with customers, sales teams, and warehouse staff to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail are key to success in this position!
Responsibilities
Provide in-person and phone assistance to customers by answering questions, offering guidance, and taking product orders.
Operate the cash register while delivering prompt and courteous checkout service.
Ensure store shelves are fully stocked, properly labeled, and products are rotated regularly.
Maintain flexibility with scheduling to meet store needs.
Process special orders and follow through with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Keep the store clean, dust-free, and well-organized.
Maintain an orderly and well-supplied register area, including bags, boxes, register tape, and cash.
Communicate any issues or concerns to the store manager in a timely manner.
Use the computer and available tools efficiently for various tasks.
Support the overall store operation to create a welcoming and professional environment for customers.
Assist customers with carrying their purchases to their vehicles when needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Always demonstrate professional and courteous behavior.
Follow supervisor directions and complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50+ pounds occasionally, including lifting to various heights and transferring products.
Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks as needed.
Possess average or above-average math skills, including the ability to make accurate change for customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
Comfortable using computers, cash registers, and various software programs.
Able to interact professionally and respectfully with a diverse range of individuals, including those who may be challenging.
Remain calm and composed under pressure or in stressful situations.
Complete tasks with speed and accuracy.
Open to training in food handling and safety procedures.
