Looking for a summer job?  No nights! No weekends!
Heartfelt Impressions is actively interviewing for our summer camp programs. We are hosting camps at all three of our campuses this summer, Clarkston, Lake Orion and Rochester for Pre-K (must have turned 4 by 12/1/2024) and School Age Children (5-12 yrs). The schedule of events is posted on our website and will be jam packed with activities to make the camp a memorable experience for all who participate.

Camp begins June 9 and runs through August 28 . Orientation and team building for all sites will be held at our Lake Orion campus on the following Saturdays in May:  5/3, 5/17, 5/31.  This is a paid orientation, and you must attend all dates.

Essential functions of the Summer Camp Teacher are…
-Ensures overall safety of children in assigned age group
-Develop and implement daily lesson plans based on individual student’s needs and interests
-Comply with licensing rules, regulations, and procedures
-Attend company/school meetings
-Ensure the classroom is engaging and developmentally age appropriate
-Ensure cleaning tasks are completed
-Physically able to lift 15 pounds

Requirements:

• Background Check (conducted by Heartfelt Impressions)
• Willing to complete onboarding trainings to meet licensing requirements
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience as a camp counselor preferred

Shift Details/Pay Rate:
Part-time or Full-time positions available
Monday through Friday
$13-$19 per hour*
additional compensation available if willing to get chauffeur's license
*Pay rate will be based on experience, education, current employment status and/or years of service
