Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is looking to add a qualified Per Diem Surgical Technician in Somerville, NJ

Qualifications:

Required:

• 1-2 years of previous surgical technician experience in an OR setting required

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Successful completion of a Surgical Technician program and Surgical technician certification required
• BLS required American Heart Association

Scheduling Requirements:

• Night Shift
• Per Diem Schedule

Essential Functions:

• A Surgical Technician's role is to perform scrub role/functions for surgical procedures To assist in the nursing care activities and institutional services under the direction of a graduate professional nurse according to the job description and policies of the hospital
